Very helpful and honest. Went above and beyond. My credit was not the best because of my previous loan. Temo was a huge help and didn’t leave until I left with a car.❤️ was not the best because of my previous loan. Temo was a huge help and didn’t leave until I left with a car.❤️ More

Best car buying experience-ever Words cannot sufficiently express our gratitude and appreciation for what Luke and his team at Joe Rizza Ford did for us in our recent new car purchas Words cannot sufficiently express our gratitude and appreciation for what Luke and his team at Joe Rizza Ford did for us in our recent new car purchase. They went well above and beyond, making sure we were completely happy and satisfied with our purchase. I don't think we have ever experienced such kindness and consideration in purchasing a car-and we've purchased quite a few. I've made sure to share our experience with family, friends, and colleagues. If you want to purchase a car or just thinking about, give Luke a call and stop by Rizza Ford-They will make it worth your time. Thanks again Luke, Temo, Gary and Rizza Ford-much appreciated. More

Poor communication from beginning to end Negative Review Rant coming your way.Subject: Orland Park Ford DealershipI am not one of those guys who get mad easily, but when I deal with such poor Negative Review Rant coming your way.Subject: Orland Park Ford DealershipI am not one of those guys who get mad easily, but when I deal with such poor customer service on multiple levels at a business I lose my cool. Orland Park Ford has done just that. Now normally people would say "oh I bet it was millennials working blah blah blah", but in this case no. Let's start from the bottom and work our way up. I pull in for service Thursday October 10th because my vehicle had some issues. I got there at 10:50am and was waiting in my car for 15 minutes before someone said "someone will be right with you". Finally another 10 minutes pass and someone finally came and helped. They took my car and I was on my way. I get a call hours later to tell me what was up with my car. After discussing what was wrong with my vehicles and the cost of repair I told the service rep Scott instead of fixing it I want to buy another car. Stop the work and get me to a a sales rep. "OK, we will have some call you back in 5 minutes." says Scott. So I wait an hour, dont get a call so I call the service guy back. Oh yeah i'll transfer you to the sales manager. So I talk to the sales manager and say i want to trade in my car and buy one from them (Bruno). At this point if you were a sales guy would be like xxxx sweet, fish in a barrel, easy sale. No this guy just said, ok what are you looking for. I give him my specs and say what i am looking for. He goes ok, let me look everything over and I will give you a call in 5 minutes. I said ok, if you want to send me some pictures of options we can do that too. I am trying to save us time so when i came in we can move fast on this. he said ok no problem. You guessed it 10 minutes pass no call. 30 minutes, an hour, hour and a half nothing. I then call in and no one is answering their phones. The operator there has as dull as a butter knife and sounded miserable, she wouldn't check if anyone was there, just blind transferring me every which way. I then tried back after another 30 minutes. Finally at the 3 hour marker I just head into the dealership. It is 5pm at this time, I asked for sales numbers options etc. initially at 1:30pm mind you. I get there and I get greeted by a salesmen who I end up sitting down with. Temo was his name I believe, out of everyone Temo was honestly the easiest to work with. Was very transparent and ran through options with us. Then Dimitri showed up as I sat with him a few months back and ran numbers for over 4 hours. Dimitri and Temo tag teamed the sale and worked with us on running numbers. We finally decided on a car and they gave us a number of what the monthly payment would be. BUT that number was wrong, they threw this arbitrary number in there to entice us to close the deal. So when it came time to close I had to sit there and haggle with them another 30 minutes because i felt they were trying to scam us. Bruno was trying to back pedal and explain why the number was that low when it should have been the actually figure we were paying. We worked out a number and closed the deal. Then Bruno comes up and says, "thanks bring us more business what do you say?" Why would I do something like that Bruno? I finally left the dealership at 10pm. I spent 10 hours of my day trying to buy a car from this place when I offered cash down and have great credit? On top of it the vehicle we purchase had no floor mats in it. Dimitri said he would have them ready first thing the next morning....... I show up at 11am to allow some time because I am sure he had to get things rolling in the am, the mats weren't available....I waited over 30 minutes to be told, "oh we have to order them, i will call you when they come in." So again wasted time there when i could have received a phone call to tell me to hold off on coming in. Saturday rolls around I notice our new car has a slight rattle and the smell of oil or gasoline are coming through the vents when I drive. I immediately called in about it. This time I will say Dimitri was very helpful and understanding we scheduled a time and I got into the shop and they fixed everything that needed too. The service tech Thomas was very helpful as well this time. I did appreciate them resolving that issue. To wrap up this ridiculously long story here is my final thought: I understand you sales guys work ridiculous hours and only make money when you sell something but listen, if you are trying to sell some have some personality, bring some positive attitude to the table. How do you expect people to come back when you seem like you don't want to be there and you spend way to much time trying to close a sale. I have been in sales my whole life. It is about personalization, communication, efficiency and transparency. I felt NONE of that was given to me when I came in and bought a vehicle from you all. This all starts from a phone call guys, it starts with an upbeat tone, the person on that other end of the phone did not seem happy, the sales rep I spoke with did not seem happy, the manager, not happy. The only person I truly felt liked their job or cared about the customer were Thomas the service tech and the porter who drove me to and from my house. I suggest you guys figure out how to hash out your communication issues and bring some positive energy in the place. In the meantime, I am taking my business elsewhere. Tom More
