MOPAR would not honor the factory warranty on my vehicle when the engine failed. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket for the expense of a new engine. But the service department and finance team at BA when the engine failed. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket for the expense of a new engine. But the service department and finance team at BAYSIDE did not stop until I received money back. Although it wasn't the full amount, the service provided by Bob Kennedy and Brian Vicente went above customer satisfaction. BAYSIDE fights for their customers and that's the most important. Any other dealership would have thrown in the towel. Not BAYSIDE! They pushed MOPAR and followed up daily until a reimbursement check was set.
