Jack is a totally honest and completely no-pressure sales person who can be counted on to be well-informed and professional at all times. I have also recommended Jack to many of my students and friends, and he has been very helpful to them as well. Jack is a real gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I have also had excellent experiences with Dan Ford, one of the service reps at Tucson Subaru. Over the past nine years, he has consistently provided top-notch service and advice. Friendly and accomodating I found a listing for a used Volkswagen GTI online at the Tucscon Subaru dealership, and when I called about it, I luckily was connected with Ken Murc I found a listing for a used Volkswagen GTI online at the Tucscon Subaru dealership, and when I called about it, I luckily was connected with Ken Murch who has previous experience with Volkswagen. When I came in to buy the car, Ken was knowledgeable, and helpful in the negotiating process. After we had agreed on a price, it ended up being multiple days before I was ready to come back in and finish the deal, and Tucson Subaru was very accomodating in holding the car for me (after I had paid a deposit). Overall a good experience. More
