Got to the dealership a few minutes early, waited for the door to open, drove in, checked in and waited until my service was completed. When I arrived with my car, I was welcomed and had my car checked in immediately. I talked with a representative to approve the job. I had a scheduled appointment and my car was seen on time. I had a video f checked in immediately. I talked with a representative to approve the job. I had a scheduled appointment and my car was seen on time. I had a video from the technician sent to me that I viewed and then discussed the technicians report with the representative. Everybody was very friendly and professional. More
