Wrong title on lien holder which was discussed with F and I on 8/31/14 as being Navy Federal upon delivery and on a phone conversation after receiving the title to 53rd. I called to verify and was advised the title department could change it and they could not after 120 mile drive through a hurricane. Extremely inconsiderate and incompetent F and I after purchasing over 50 vehicles in my life, this was the worst experience ever! More
