He made the stressful situation of finding a reliable, efficient, and economical car for her as smooth and informative as possible, after her car was totaled in a car accident. Our appreciation for his extra effort and time, (plus extra time on his day off), is unmeasurable; he provided us with timely details and communication with clear email and phone communication as we live in Montana. When we arrived in the dealership, the process of paperwork was quick and I felt our trust was placed in the right hands. Tim worked quickly to ensure the process of our out-of-state registration was correct and we appreciated his extra time in educating us, and ensuring all was completed as requested.
