Buick LaSabre Limited needed Alternator My 2005 Buick LaSabre was towed into Luther Buick and Robin in Service was very courteous in taking my information to give to the People that would wo My 2005 Buick LaSabre was towed into Luther Buick and Robin in Service was very courteous in taking my information to give to the People that would work on my car. I learned it needed an alternator and Tom called to tell me the options I had. The GM Alternator was ordered and I was called the next morning to tell me it was done. A ride to the dealership was ordered and I paid for the work done and drive home. More

Best service shop in town. I had brought my non gm vehicle into Luther Family Buick GMC to get my AC recharged. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with respect. The recep I had brought my non gm vehicle into Luther Family Buick GMC to get my AC recharged. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with respect. The reception area was very clean with a great selection of refreshments for the waiting area. My vehicle was done in a short amount of time and the service was explained at the time before paying. I fully recommend Luther Family Buick GMC for all future vehicle repairs. More

Poor poor poor Every time I have brought my truck in there has been some sort of problem with either not knowing what the problem with the truck is. I have had high end aftermarket parts thrown away and replaced with low end oem....also brought it in for scheduled warranty work and not actually had the parts on hand! What kind of service center does that???? I would never recommend at all! More
