Danny Lazy was very professional, friendly, went above and beyond. His sales manager Tim Hagan was rude and disrespectful. After test driving the trade-in he aggressively threw the keys in the table, said and beyond. His sales manager Tim Hagan was rude and disrespectful. I don't care how bad you think the trade-in is you do NOT act in that manner towards a customer. We left the dealer and Danny called us to please come back and we were able to work the deal without his rude manager. If you go talk to Danny, avoid his sales manager if possible. The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5. Everything was perfect until he threw the keys. More
