Tim would not tell me the price of multiple cars I asked about on the lot, would not move at all on the price (or even have a discussion with us about it) which is fine but then tried to give me a horrible about on the lot, would not move at all on the price (or even have a discussion with us about it) which is fine but then tried to give me a horrible valuation on my trade in on top of not moving the price, any time I tried to explain what I wanted for the trade in he would just talk over me and yell about how they wouldn’t give me Kelly blue book value when I never once asked for Kelly blue book value, his manger then proceeded to offer me more than double what Tim said was the highest they would go, the remote start has not worked since I left the lot More
