I recently purchased a used car from him and had to bring it in for its first maintenance appointment. After Rick explained what Loyalty Link was I was sold on the product. I am currently living in Michigan but always make the journey back to Ohio to get service for my vehicles. This trip was worth it. Since I have the Loyalty Link, my service was completely free this time! I don’t know how other dealerships keep customers when there is a Rick at this dealership! Fast ST Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could Klaben does it once again! I had been waiting for the Edge ST ever since it was announced. With my lease almost due I decided to see what Klaben could do for me this time. Louis Polos had the blue one I wanted ready for test drive. He and a few of the guys even played with my two little boys while I went on the drive. I ran a couple errands while they got everything ready and they cleaned out my old Edge while in finance. I still can't believe how easy and enjoyable it was. Not to mention how ecstatic the boys were with the experience. Thank you again everyone! More
