So, I drove to Smythe to have it potentially diagnosed. Given the day, Saturday, and time, afternoon, I wasn't sure what kind of result I could expect. Luckily, the team was still in full swing, and I was both helped and addressed by Brandon. He not only took the time to review my concern, but along with Tom's input and their mechanical team; they narrowed down the problem quickly. And, with the part in-house they were able to fix my SUV on the spot. Their level of professionalism, honesty, and troubleshooting cannot be understated. The intended fix and remedy turned out exactly as they originally told me,--thanks to Brandon especially and Tom, Tina and Jun Choi. More
