I have been sealing with Smythe Volvo since 1967 and have always been treated professionally for service and sales. My only complaint I have was being presented with too many options of warranties at the end always been treated professionally for service and sales. Previous purchases were for used cars and very few warranty choices were available on used cars that we kept for many years. I was at fault for not requesting information way ahead of closing. We brought our car in for regular maintenance and for the lock situation problem. All was taken care of and they did a fantastic job of cleaning the car and we even had it inspected. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More
