I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

First, I always feel that I am getting the straight scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat w scoop, whether Sales or Service or Parts, I never feel that I'm getting incorrect or biased info. Second, when my car is at Service, I get to chat with a Service Advisor who spends time with me, no rush, addresses any questions, looks things over, ensures everything is complete and right. Third, the work gets done right. Customer waiting area and loaners are all proper. So I'm fine with 5-stars. The car itself is solid but tiny rear seat room, etc., so some pluses and minuses there, but the dealer is excellent. More

Anxiety free service in an anxiety filled world It was very easy to schedule an appointment. All of this was followed up with a very prompt email confirming my appointment. When my service was completed, I received a call from Brandon, who was also very helpful in answering my questions. In this locked-down, anxiety filled world, it was refreshing to deal with courteous, calm professionals who were also very diligent about following all of the necessary safety protocols. I recently decided to purchase a Volvo car during the Covid pandemic. Kyle Jackson and Smythe Volvo provided both an excellent deal on the car I was looking for and were also able provide me with a safe Covid pandemic. They were also very helpful in the contactless delivery of the new car. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to instruct me in everything I needed to know about the new car I just purchased. Kyle was outstanding in the service provided thru the whole process. I would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone I know and tell them how direct and transparent it was when dealing with Kyle. So, I drove to Smythe to have it potentially diagnosed. Given the day, Saturday, and time, afternoon, I wasn't sure what kind of result I could expect. Luckily, the team was still in full swing, and I was both helped and addressed by Brandon. He not only took the time to review my concern, but along with Tom's input and their mechanical team; they narrowed down the problem quickly. And, with the part in-house they were able to fix my SUV on the spot. Their level of professionalism, honesty, and troubleshooting cannot be understated. The intended fix and remedy turned out exactly as they originally told me,--thanks to Brandon especially and Tom, Tina and Jun Choi. More
