I really enjoy doing business with Randy at Treasure Coast Lexus. He is a great Lexus representative, but I have also found him to be a GOOD person. I need to share a incident that speaks to his core of being a good person. I pocket dialed Randy one morning at 6:20 a.m., yes, a.m. I remember the time because I was so embarrassed by this slip up. After realizing what I’d done, I tried to hang up before the call went through; didn’t happen. Immediately I received a call back from Randy at 6:21. I was so embarrassed and attempted to profusely apologize and express my deepest regret for disturbing him and his family at this time of morning. I was interrupted in the midst of this apology by Randy, telling me “It’s okay, Ms Handy, I just want to make sure that everything is okay.” Who does that, except family members? That let me know that I’m more than a car sale. Thanks Randy, you really touched my heart with that gesture. I’ll always be on Team Randy. Great job TC Lexus in this recruitment. Cheryl Handy More
