Hopefully the experience of driving and service will match the professionalism of the people mentioned above - including .... Mark - the technology expert - knowledgeable and patient with a old man not that tech savvy! And Dave Smith - Finance. Although it was only his second week there, he knew his stuff! All in all - the staff was great! PS - update this survey - I am adding 2 of our people. A customer should not have to do that. It gives the appearance that you don't hold them in high regard.
