Hopefully the experience of driving and service will match the professionalism of the people mentioned above - including .... Mark - the technology expert - knowledgeable and patient with a old man not that tech savvy! And Dave Smith - Finance. Although it was only his second week there, he knew his stuff! All in all - the staff was great! PS - update this survey - I am adding 2 of our people. A customer should not have to do that. It gives the appearance that you don't hold them in high regard. I decided to wait for my RX 350 and used my time to speak to some of the employees who really make you feel like you are visiting family. I'm considering buying another Lexus and found out that they are having a special event ending.. on August 31. They have some really great deals and that is making my decision difficult. The friends I made at Treasure Coast Lexus were doing everything they are trained to do in helping me make the right choice.
