I went to a different Lexus dealer that messed up my file and put me in a very bad position due to their mistakes prior to coming to Treasure Coast Lexus. Treasure Coast Lexus had to clean up their mess and and put me in a very bad position due to their mistakes prior to coming to Treasure Coast Lexus. Tina Klein, Carlton Duncan and Steve Gordon work as a team with me to complete the sale so efficiently. My boss, a busy executive, was able to get back to his responsibilities in such a timely manner because of our “team” effort - the team that the 3 mentioned helped create. There were some hiccups and learnings that were needed because of the difference in the initial state and FL process to close out a lease. These three people worked willingly with me for all of us to learn what was necessary to get this deal done with the best interest of my boss, their customer. Thanks team! More
