I called Carlton Duncan, a salesperson who had assisted me on prior leases. I explained to him precisely what I wanted. He had a car in stock that fit my needs. Another salesperson, Randy Nichols, took over and spent time showing the car that was available. It was a 2017 ES350 with about 13,500 miles on it. It had numerous bells and whistles including safety equipment. Everything was very positive about the sale other than it took too long. More

My only complaint was the length of time it took -- hours of waiting when we had a check in hand ready to pay for the car. No financing. I think that at least three hours could have been eliminated.
