After 2 days I called my husband and told him that I needed one of these. So when it was time to look for a new car we arrived at Treasure Coast Lexus looking for a certified Pre owned Lexus SUV. We were introduced to Michael Bower who helped us select our NX200T. He was knowledgable, very pleasant and easy going. Just the right mix to make us feel comfortable. The entire buying process was seemless. Before we left we were introduced to Rick Russell who spent 20 minutes or so explaining all the features of our new vehicle. That was a wonderful and pleasant surprise that we had never experienced before. We felt so good driving away in our new car. Top notch dealership in every aspect. More

An Unusual Car Buying Experience In the past, because of overly aggressive and “whatever it takes” practices, shopping for a car was an experience that I avoided like the plague. That changed when I visited Treasure Coast Lexus and was assigned to Howard Kent. I was impressed in general by the dealership and all of its staff but especially with Howard. Unlike most sales reps, he was a better listener than a talker. He sensed my apprehension, very patiently listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and gradually calmed my fears by giving me good and pertinent information about my options. I knew I wanted an SUV but was unsure of which model would best suit my needs. In the end, I purchased an RX 350 and love the car. Our second car is a 2007 Toyota Camry as we keep our cars for a long time. I'm sure our new Lexus will serve us well and be in our family for a long time. At our age, this may be our last car purchase but, if we decide to retire our Camry, I know where I'll go and who I will ask for. Howard never made me feel pressured and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I'm sure he sells a lot of cars and I hope Treasure Coast knows what an asset it has in Howard Kent. More
