After 2 weeks and trying to rid the smell myself I contacted Howard Klein an Purchased a CERTIFIED 2016 SUV and it appeared prior owner was a smoker. After 2 weeks and trying to rid the smell myself I contacted Howard Klein and requested that the AC AND cabin filters be changed. Within an hour or so he received the Blessing of Tina Klein to get them changed out for me. The AC one was reported "dirty". BINGO it's smelling fresh now! My only suggestion as a consumer is if a prior owner is a smoker (I suspect such from the smell)... change out the filters during its certification. This place really is great! More
