Best Dealership and Employees Hands Down! Let’s be honest, most people walk into a car dealership “just to look”, but when I say I walked in “not prepared to get out of the car because I Let’s be honest, most people walk into a car dealership “just to look”, but when I say I walked in “not prepared to get out of the car because I was in my pajamas and my boyfriend wanted to ‘just look at the inventory’” I am dead serious! My 5 star rating goes to the employees of Treasure Coast Lexus. Not one single person hassled or bombarded us. From our very progressional sales associate Howard, to the extremely knowledgeable sales manager Tina, as well as Dianne with Finance, and Rick with tech support, I do not have one bad word to say. Each employee I interacted with went above and beyond any standards I had set in my mind. We were able to walk around the front lot and marvel about the amazing inventory. There is nothing worse than feeling “pressured” before getting a feel of your surroundings. Once we decided we would like to see more and I was forced to get out of the car (unwillingly) we were met at the front door by a man with a genuine smile and a warm welcome! I apologized of course for my appearance and met a reply that was truly heartwarming...and I quote, “Do not worry about it, you’re comfortable, it’s the day after Christmas, and you’re here amongst friends.” Howard Kent truly impressed me from the very moment I met him to the last second before I shook his hand and drove away in my amazing new to me Lexus! Howard Kent is the absolute best person for the job if you’re in the market or on the fence about buying a new or used Lexus. I am hesitant to say “best salesman” because Howard didn’t push or use any “sales tactics” during our entire interaction. That is why I used the term “best person” for the job. He is straight forward, welcoming, and genuinely believes in the brand of Lexus. With an attitude and personality like Howard’s, it’s no wonder I walked in hesitantly and walked out the proud new owner of a 2015 Certified Lexus NX200t! The car I purchased was the 1st car I viewed that day and if it wasn’t for Howard leading me to it in the back of the showroom, providing me with straight forward facts, and letting me decide for myself on my own, I might still be searching for the perfect car. I’m fact, I traveled from Jacksonville, FL so I’ve seen quite a few dealerships! If you’re in the market for a Lexus, the only place to spend your money wisely is Treasure Coast Lexus. Carlton Duncan was reason for our satisfaction On 11/30/17 my husband, Lacy, and I went into the TREASURE COAST LEXUS dealership, this was our first time there. I was driving my 2008 Audi A6 and h On 11/30/17 my husband, Lacy, and I went into the TREASURE COAST LEXUS dealership, this was our first time there. I was driving my 2008 Audi A6 and had been talking about trading and getting a small SUV. I wanted the small SUV due to the Audi being so low to the ground and I wanted to be able to see. We go onto the lot and Lacy asked for Carlton Duncan due to knowing him at another dealership years ago and he wanted to deal with him as he stated that Carlton was a very straight shooter. Carlton started showing us his inventory, I let him know that the vehicle was for me and what I was interested in. He showed me a tan or CASHMERE colored LEXUS RX350 with very little miles. He, Carlton, walked us around the RX350 showing us all of the goodies (I thought that my Audi had all the bells and whistles, WOW). He then had me take a drive and that did it, my husband got in the back and checked out what all this vehicle had from that point. Needless to say we bought the RX350 for what we considered a very good deal, trading my Audi A6 in for the RX350. I can say that my husband was so correct about Carlton being a total gentleman and very knowledgeable. Carlton made out buying a LEXUS very enjoyable. Carlton introduced us to Tina and she was very nice to talk to and to understand all of what we were doing. At the end of our purchase; we met Gary, he stepped us through all of the "gadgets" and "appointments" associated with this RX350 and he was equally as nice as Carlton and Tina. Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!!! We purchased our L-Certified GS 350 yesterday - Initially found the car on the Treasure Coast Lexus website. The site was easy to navigate and my hu We purchased our L-Certified GS 350 yesterday - Initially found the car on the Treasure Coast Lexus website. The site was easy to navigate and my husband quickly found the info we needed. He called the dealership and spoke with Paul Licuasi early Black Friday morning - we were at the dealership and test driving the car early that afternoon. Everything Paul told us was right on target. We liked his low key nature and knowledge of the vehicle and it's features. Next we met Tina Klein Right away we all got a good chuckle as introductions were made .... Tina and Paul ..... meet Tina and Paul..... LOL Tina then provided us with additional information about the vehicle and it's history, and appraised our vehicle for trade in. The negotiations were conducted fairly with an attitude of "let's make this work" - I like that there was no "high pressure" tactics. Before you know it we were filling out the paperwork and then meeting with Steve Kritikos who handled all the paperwork a to complete the transaction efficiently. We went over warranty options and were given choices, again, no pressure. Then, we met Rick Russell for vehicle delivery - "Mr. Technology" expertly and patiently, made sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles on the vehicle, this is our 3rd Lexus, and I never had a dealership go over the how to operate the features in the car before. We left the dealership with our cell phone already working hands free, our radio tuned to our favorite stations, a few Sirius Radio stations set up and even our seats positions all set in memory. Overall a very pleasurable experience - thanks to the Dream Team at Treasure Coast Lexus! More

Excellent commitment to service We began with a tech review appointment with Rick Russel; while waiting we were met by Tina Klein who called Rick and determined he was "with a client We began with a tech review appointment with Rick Russel; while waiting we were met by Tina Klein who called Rick and determined he was "with a client". Although we had an 11AM appointment, we were entertained by Howard Kent and Bobby Jo. Howard did a great job in describing the 2017 RX350, which was not on our agenda. We then spent time with Rick, who was very patient in trying to fix our tech problem, but was not able to do so--he found a partial fix in the new 2017....Howard and Tina then gave us some numbers for a purchase and without the annoying charade of back and forth "negotiation" agreed to a fair trade and cash transaction. We came in for tech help and because of the service orientation of the entire staff we bought a car that we had not planned to purchase. It was a team effort and your staff is exemplary. FYI, my wife loves her new car in spite of the aggressive design--which we did not want when shopping for our 2015 RX.
