Excellent experience. Norm, my salesman, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I knew what I was interested in before I got there and he answered all my questions. None of my concerns were addressed, my car was literally looked over with zero intentions of solving legitimate issues I pointed out, my vehicle is still under factory warranty. Pointed out multiple imperfections I noted since my first day of ownership back in April 2021. This experience left a sour after taste, I shall never return to either purchase or service any of my vehicles. I’ll be sure to share my dealer experience to my piers as well. More
