I had unexpected engine trouble in sub zero weather with my mom and three show dogs in the car! Jimmy in service was immediately helpful, they got my car in immediately and were so gracious about the three animals we had with us. Ultimately, I made the decision to purchase a difficult vehicle. We worked with Todd and he made the purchasing process so stress free! They wrote me a VERY fair offer in a situation where frankly I didn’t have a lot of negotiating power. There was no pressure, tons of patience and ultimately they were able to get me on the road that evening with exactly the type of vehicle I wanted. They stayed late, helped us transfer all of our gear and just made what could have been a really xxxx experience fun and enjoyable! Thank you so much to all involved! More
