Seller was not very helpful, short for words and not willing to help in our situation, finance was not willing to find best deal, or be respectful when my wife was talking just passively ignored her dur willing to help in our situation, finance was not willing to find best deal, or be respectful when my wife was talking just passively ignored her during signing papers, seller told me car had things it did not have, like Bose speakers or cargo box in back. The whole environment of Mazda seemed very unfriendly, very nice facility, just unhappy looking workers. Would not recommend dealership to anyone. Salesperson, Anthony, was wonderful! Finance dept. was not honest by trying to offer me a higher interest rate when America’s First had already approved a lower rate. We had an issue wit Finance dept. was not honest by trying to offer me a higher interest rate when America’s First had already approved a lower rate. We had an issue with the tire pressure on car. The car needed tires. They ended up paying for 2 of them and I paid for 2. In my opinion, they should have replaced all of the tires like I asked to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend Mes Center Mazda!
