He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. More
