I had an appointment at 8:15am to get 2 bulbs replaced and get my all season floor mats. Also i mentioned if they can set my doors to unlock when the car was shut off and the writer said he will see if th and get my all season floor mats. Also i mentioned if they can set my doors to unlock when the car was shut off and the writer said he will see if the technician can do it. Got there around 8 and my car was not in the shop until almost 8:50am. The “technician” was having a hard time replacing one bulb and a total of 4 people went up to him probably to help out. After his struggles he replaced the bulbs and the floor mats. I get my keys handed to me by the writer and he said have a good day. Then he said oh your car is not capable of the door unlock feature. Its a 2013 Honda Fit Sport and it is capable. So i YouTube it and in the parking lot i figured out how to do it. So the car is capable of the feature and either the writer and technician do not know the product or they were lazy and did not want to do it. They did not do a multi point inspection and also my car was not washed. Even tho i bought the car from them and get free car washes!!!! More

How do you service a airbag recall and leave the vehicle with a SRS warning light? My air bags are non functioning now and you don't even stand behind your recall work. I can pay a $139 diagnostic fee so with a SRS warning light? My air bags are non functioning now and you don't even stand behind your recall work. I can pay a $139 diagnostic fee so you can tell me my air bags don't work. I brought it in for air bag recall. Terrible service, terrible integrity for the work and terrible management for explaining I can pay to have it fixed. More

Wrote a review for Friday May 21, 2021. Never saw it on DealerRater as Manager of the dealership and service manager were very rude and unprofessional. I was a customer of this location for 11 years and a DealerRater as Manager of the dealership and service manager were very rude and unprofessional. I was a customer of this location for 11 years and a Honda owner for 20 years. I have called Honda of America on this issue. Nuff said, will never do business with Honda of Kenosha again ! More
