This dealership was horrible and must have sensed that I was in quick need of a vehicle. I was not informed of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was rushed through financing and also did not receive the Carfa was in quick need of a vehicle. I was not informed of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was rushed through financing and also did not receive the Carfax that I was promised. A lot of charges were added to the purchase price and according to the finance guy they had to add these charges to secure financing. In closing I probably should have gotten up and left before I signed anything. More

I purchased my vehicle over the internet/phone. Basically I was put on the back burner. Once I was finally able to get a quote the vehicle was the the price the dealership was advertising. After going back a I was put on the back burner. Once I was finally able to get a quote the vehicle was the the price the dealership was advertising. After going back and forth for several day they finally sold it to me for “around” the advertised price. Long story short it took about 3 weeks to arrange a deal and receive the vehicle. The transporter didn’t even know he was taking my trade in back! In having the car for less than a month a sensor broke the first day (you guys did pay for that repair) then the ac went out, I’m still waiting on a phone call from Joe K. about it along with what my extended warranty covers. All and all not a great experience. More
