I was not really in the market to lease a new car...I had stopped in to Herb Chambers to buy out the lease on my 2014 Civic. Sam never pressured me into leasing a new car. He just gave me all the facts, ran the numbers for a new lease, and let me make my own decision. He took me through the new design of the car, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. This is the 5th car that I have purchased or leased at Herb Chambers, and I would highly recommend Sam and Herb Chambers to anyone looking for a stress free buying experience. I would like to give a shout out to Ali, who after I purchased the car, showed how to use all the new tech gadgets in the car. I am not tech savvy at all, and he took the time to show me how to use my iPhone/Bluetooth to play my music, etc. Very nice. More

Danny was great! I was looking for a stick shift, hard to find in the city, but haven't owned a car (until now) for over ten years so couldn't easily get to dealership I was looking for a stick shift, hard to find in the city, but haven't owned a car (until now) for over ten years so couldn't easily get to dealerships outside the city. I found the right car at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and called to see how I could try a test drive. Danny Reyes said he would pick me up from the commuter rail station! He brought the car, so I was able to test drive it on the way back to the dealership. Danny was quick and efficient and walked me through the entire process. The wait for the finance person was longer that I was expecting, a couple hours at least because there were people in front of me. They said it was busier than usual. This was around noon on a Friday, so I imagine an evening or weekend would be worse. But they did drive me back to the train. Other than that, the process couldn't have been easier. The dealership registered and inspected the car for me and, when it was ready for delivery, once again met me at the train station with the car. A good experience! More

Excellent Experience, thanks to Miguel! My husband and I unfortunately had to buy a car the day after a blizzard. We knew which one we wanted to test drive, and arrived at the dealership as My husband and I unfortunately had to buy a car the day after a blizzard. We knew which one we wanted to test drive, and arrived at the dealership as all of the salespeople were busy digging the cars out from under a foot of snow. Miguel Nebot greeted us with a smile, even though he HAD to be freezing. He spent a good 15 minutes digging the car out of where it was buried in the lot, took us on a test drive, worked hard to crunch numbers for us, and spent the rest of the afternoon -- skipping lunch!-- answering all of our questions and getting us ready to purchase. By the time we went home and returned with our plates, it was 6 p.m., but Miguel was ready with his smile and TONS of information for us on all of the many features of our new Pilot. Miguel was friendly, patient, well informed and knowledgeable about all of the many features of our new car. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable, which is always my least favorite part of buying a car. After our experience, I would highly recommend Miguel to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle! More
