Found the vehicle that met all our requirements I first walked in and met James Santsaver and told him all I wanted was to set up a test drive. He had no problem with that and we scheduled it for the next day. I told him we had whittled our search down to 3 vehicles and I wanted my wife to test drive all 3. He accepted that and did not pressure us to Buy the vehicle during our visit. It worked out that the CRV had all the safety features I was looking for and my wife [who is the primary drive of this vehicle] liked the way it drove and the features it had. We drove the other vehicles and came back to work with James to work out the purchase details. Everything went fairly smoothly, I would rate James 6 stars if that was possible. The only glitch was a Long wait to sit with the sales manager and finalize the deal. They need to do a better job of shortening this time frame. We are happy with the vehicle and it does everything we needed. More

Supurb service and great selection! After shopping at other dealerships, I felt as though my requirements were being overlooked to satisfy the pressure sales culture. When I came to the Herb Chambers dealership in Seekonk, I immediately felt listened to and, thanks to Albert Hajdoraj, I finally found the car I was looking for. Albert went above and beyond to assist me in finding a car that fit my budget and meet the specifications I wanted. He far exceeded my service expectations by asking his manager if he could assist in removing the plates from my old car because I did not have the tools to do it. He also setup my phone to the Bluetooth feature in my new car and was genuinely pleasant, patient and hospitable throughout my experience at Herb Chambers. I truly feel that this dealership was certainly the best compared to the other dealerships I dealt with. At the final steps, financing staff was very informative and helped me select additional warranty items that made sense for a pre-owned vehicle. Herb should be bursting with pride given the excellent experience the staff is providing customers. In Rhode Island, word of mouth really matters. I plan on telling anyone shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle to visit the Seekonk Honda dealership!! Congratulations on a job well-done!!!!! More
