I had been looking at them for a little while now. After having all of my questions thoroughly answered, learning about my options, and a test drive I ended up walking out with a new car. Joey was very helpful, patient and friendly. The whole team took their time to answer my questions and I left feeling very comfortable and happy about how the whole process went. I've been coming here for service and was already familiar with how honest and customer centric Aaron my service manager and Martin Chevy are. I didnt feel any pressure to buy today which actually made me feel even better about buying then and I take comfort in knowing they're here for me from purchase to service and everything in between. I dont remember a time buying a car that was this stress free. Now my teen son gets my old car and mama's riding in style! I would recommend 1000 times for sales or service. We looked at some options and discussed numbers for a little while and he helped me realize my budget was a bit higher than I thought with the payments I was hoping for. The 2020 Malibu RS I had my eye on was not currently in their inventory, but Joel assured me we could find one at another dealer. They sent out inquiries Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon I was driving my new car home, in the exact color I wanted. Sam Anderson in the finance department was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed. He made sure I knew everything I was signing and all the options I had. Can't forget to mention Tom Bazolli, the new car manager who reached out to multiple dealers to find my car, which they ended up finding out of state and completing the trade the next day. This was the first brand new car I've purchased and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. More
