This was BY FAR the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. The last time I purchased a new vehicle it was at a Ford dealer and I wanted to rip all my hair out. Ed helped me over the phone with pictures, videos, and any kind of info you could want about these vehicles. The second I approached the dealership I could already see my truck waiting for me near the service department fully detailed and cleaned. The dealership itself looked amazing, Chevy has really stepped up its game. I don't plan to move out of Florida any time soon but in all honesty when I want a new vehicle, I will gladly make another trip to Martin Chevrolet specifically based on this experience alone. More

Professional, friendly, and honest when he wasn't sure on the answer to a question. We had a really pleasant experience with the new kid on the block. It was nice to see that so much of the team has been here for a long time, too. The employees seemed to really enjoy working here, and it showed in their attitudes and the atmosphere. And the facility itself is really nice. I have to say, I've never had a more pleasant experience with a car dealership. I generally dread even just going to look. We didn't feel like we were being jerked around or pushed in to something we really didn't want. They even helped us get in to something we didn't think we could get. So far we are in love with our new truck. And I actually look forward to taking it in for future service. Definitely recommend Kaelan and Martin Chevy. More
