I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

The car was covered by BMW's paint warranty, But the dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same is dealer Ferman either did not do it (they only adjusted the parts so that the issue was not noticeable) or they repainted it so badly that the same issue is there again. Dealership best I’ve been to. Noticed car interested in on website 6/20. Test drove with Tom B on 6/21 and got my car trade-in appraised. Came back 6/22 with my wife to ensure gol Noticed car interested in on website 6/20. Test drove with Tom B on 6/21 and got my car trade-in appraised. Came back 6/22 with my wife to ensure golf clubs fit in trunk and get her opinion with another test drive. Some polite haggling on trade value and new car price with Tom. Painless financing with Aaron - excellent rate. And finally associate Doug spent close to hour with us setting up BMW app and car settings while demoing features. More
