I have been in the Bar/Restaurant, Night Club Industry most of my life. I have been in the Auto/Motorcycle Sales and Product Development as well. I have combined my love for people and Automobiles to create a pleasurable experience for all my guests. Customer service and satisfaction is one of my main attributes. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I am always available for all my guests and will answer all questions asked. If I don't know the answer I will research it and then answer it. I married late in life and doing so I made a great choice in a my wife as a life long partner! Besides Automobiles, Motorcycles and Restaurants (eating) I collect Watches. Living and enjoying life and staying in good health is very important to me and at 60 I am going to fight every day to stay on top of the game of life!

Tom Berges blindly took my call and fulfilled my request for a certain car I wanted. He was so transparent and went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When I had a difficult time tr for a certain car I wanted. He was so transparent and went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When I had a difficult time trying to get an auto transportation carrier to pick up my car I informed him I was flying in to pick up the car the next morning he said I will meet you at the airport. Not only did he pick me up at the airport it was his day off. Rockstar status he is. When I mentioned to him I felt bad he came in on his day off he commented He is all about the customer experience. Yes I drove the car home 1800 miles kept thinking what an amazing experience I had purchasing the car. More

Tom has been very helpful with providing information, the ordering and delivery process and courteous and generous with his time. I encountered a logistic problem for pick up and he immediately offered to pi ordering and delivery process and courteous and generous with his time. I encountered a logistic problem for pick up and he immediately offered to pick me up knowing we live on Anna Maria Island. Tom and Doug were both comprehensive with their explanations laced with humor. I feel fortunate that Tom answered my original call and will recommend him and the dealership without hesitation.
