It was refreshing to not have to fight to get service done. In today's world, customer service, quite frankly, sucks. Sorry to be so blunt. But you guys definitely changed that vision around. Always friendly, professional and do great work! I live 5 minutes from Knauz but drive 1/2 hour to Northfield because Ken is great and always takes great care of me.
