He was warm, welcoming, understanding, patient and willing to do whatever he had to do to help us out. We gathered the information he gave us, made an appointment for the next day to test drive the Sorento that we both liked. It was a difficult time for us since we were not expecting to have to purchase a car at all, let alone during the time of a health crisis. The dealership was very respectful of the health guidelines and everyone was doing their best to take care of their customers needs. It was an amazing experience during a very stressful time, and yes we took home the beautiful Sorento.!
