I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They suggested new engine air filter and cabin air filter. I told them no thanks, I'll do it myself. A half hour later I stopped at an auto parts sto They suggested new engine air filter and cabin air filter. I told them no thanks, I'll do it myself. A half hour later I stopped at an auto parts store to pickup the required filters. When I went to install the engine air filter I found the filter top off with the old dirty filter dislodged. Very disappointing. How much dirt got sucked into my engine? This made me wonder what else was done wrong. I made sure to check that the oil was still up to level. I called the service writer and left a message. No call back. Just called again and got voice mail. No 5 star rating can be given for this kind of service. More
