Our experience goes back to buying my first used Toyota truck from Mike Conroy at the old site in E. Falmouth, almost thirty years ago. Since then we have purchased at least 8 more new and used vehicles, not a lemon in the crowd. My new used truck this time was almost exactly what I wanted, a model not easy to find. The help transferring my old truck to my son was invaluable. Ron in sales and Tony in service were especially helpful. I recommend Falmouth Toyota all the time, not easy to get to from Martha's Vineyard but well worth the trip. Richard Toole More

When picking up the 2014 Highlander; my wife and I were met and thanked by the "Senior" Mr. Murphy in addition to his son, Tom. Follow-ups from the General Manager and Service Manager followed shortly thereafter. A very painless experience with committed professionals at the sales (Steve), finance (Peter) , internet sales (Tom) and service disciplines (Tony, Jesse & Taylor). They had all the answers and a very fair deal. Impressive! I had kidded the dealership that prior to the 2011 lease, I had never purchased or leased a Toyota from Falmouth Toyota. However, those Toyota vehicles (Camry and Landcruiser) I purchased had received all their service from Falmouth Toyota which is an outstanding service facility. It is great to report that all the other disciplines seemed t have caught up with service. More

As in the past, he was totally professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns and made sure I really looked at all the vehicles I was interested in.. He listened to all "my wants, don't wants" and found a couple of vehicles for me to try. Once I made my choice, all the paperwork was handled efficiently and I had my new vehicle with hardly an interruption in my daily routine. My family has purchased many vehicles from Falmouth Toyota, always dealing with Ronnie. After the purchases, we have continued to use the dealership for all our service needs. The service department is always top-notch from its scheduling, to completing the work in a timely manner.
