He listened to my needs and wants and paired me with a great little Crosstrek. I loved it but was still shopping around and comparing prices. I came back a month later ready to take the plunge. Really smooth process with Tom answering all my questions. I had to order the Crosstrek and wait for it to come in. Tom was truthful about the wait period and kept me up to date through the entire wait process. I really appreciated the time he took with me.
