On Christmas Eve, I was able to walk in and drive out. I was amazed at the level of service and respect given to me, and most appreciative of the extra time spent to accommodate my requests. At first I was very hesitant on traveling from NYC to NJ to purchase by Subaru Crosstrek. The quote that I got from Brian and the value of trade in was too good to be true. I had the previous experience of to purchase by Subaru Crosstrek. The quote that I got from Brian and the value of trade in was too good to be true. I had the previous experience of bait and switch and was expecting a huge reduction in trade-in value upon inspection and a hard sell on additional options. Well I was totally wrong - Brian kept to his word on the price and their was a reduction of 250 of my trade in value which was acceptable. But what impressed me the most is that Brian took the time to explain the features of the crosstrek and to demonstrate on how they would improve our experience, For example I wanted the navigation at at cost of about 900.00, Brian ask if we used WAZE for Navigation and the answer was a big yes. He then explain why we did not need to spend the extra on Navigation option since the crosstrek had carplay and could have Waze Navigation show up on the display panel. So I took the saving and spent it on Bicycle rack and rear hitch mount! The experience of purchasing a Subaru was one of the best that my wife and I had over a the 25 years. The people were great - very respectful of social distancing and mask requirements to protect its customers. I appreciate the extra effort that the Liberty Subaru took in protecting its customers from the virus - during the test drive - we followed the salesmen in the test car! Never did that before! He told us to follow him and keep our distance so that we experience the acceleration that the crosstrek had. Also I need to mention that I was surprised that we were offered .09 percent financing. In my experience if your offered a Huge discount off of the sticker price the reduced financing is not available. Well we got both which was a pleasant surprise. Again all I can say is thank you to the team at Liberty Subaru. I look forward to additional purchases and services in the future. Allen and Donna Lum More

Brief background: I am big on researching purchases, and a car for my family was important. Every online resource I could find (reddit, https://www.ascentforums.com/, other subaru affinity groups) spoke hi a car for my family was important. Every online resource I could find (reddit, https://www.ascentforums.com/, other subaru affinity groups) spoke highly of Liberty Subaru and their salespeople and I see why. One person I spoke with on one of the forums drives over 1.5 hours to shop here vs the dealers nearest him and I also see why. This was the smoothest, pressure-free experience buying a car, and compared to every resource I could find I got a very good deal as well on the OTD price. Even their subaru extended warranty was a worthwhile purchase. But apart from the price, the main thing is the service of Chris and Tom in finance and the overall car buying experience. No games, and they are upfront about what you can expect to pay. No long rationale about how this color costs more or random upcharges on the invoice that weren't addressed beforehand. For those of you who have leased or purchased before you will get what I mean. You should come here for the service, and the price, and Chris specifically is great. I have friends and relatives who have bought here before. The Liberty Subaru owners clearly chose to run their business a certain way, and I suspect make up on volume and repeat players rather than trying to squeeze the most out of the customer. I'll be back for my next purchase and lease. More
