The SUV has all of the safety and comfort features that I needed. Jeff showed me all of the new features when I picked up the vehicle. One other item is that I am very pleased with the Service Department. They are very professional and don't try to add on unneeded items. More

He gave us all the information we needed in a straightforward and very well informed manner. Ed is extremely knowledgeable about The product, understood our needs and found the perfect car for us. This dealership is by far the best we have ever been to and we truly believe that the excellent customer service at Liberty of Emerson keeps us coming back ! Tom was very pleasant to work with about financing and got us through the paperwork easily. Chris is terrific and explained/set up the electronic connections as most of these features are new to us. Chris welcomed us to return at any time in the future if we have further questions and also told us about the monthly new Subaru owner class. All three of your staff members were superb and we thank you very much ! We will be back for more cars in the future. More

Great people My rating of the dealership isn't five stars only because I ordered a vehicle, was told 6 to 8 week but probably only 4 weeks and then waited 10 weeks My rating of the dealership isn't five stars only because I ordered a vehicle, was told 6 to 8 week but probably only 4 weeks and then waited 10 weeks because manual transmissions are hard to come by. I am fully aware that a manual trans is rare these days, my only issue is that they undershot the ETA instead of overshooting which would've been the wiser option, IMO. Everyone was really great though, so far I absolutely love my new car, and I got a good deal. The dealership, overall, was fantastic...I just wish I didn't have to wait so much longer than was originally estimated. More
