I immediately felt at ease with his demeanor. He was up front with no hidden fees or charges and listened attentively. He made the buying process very simple and easy. Therefore he got to sell a car that night. When I went in to pick up my new car he was waiting for me. He brought the car inside into the light so I could look it over.
