I am hoping that Kristina can breathe some new life and customer service into this service department. It has become apparent to me that MBSS wants to cater to the older crowd who doesn't care how long customer service into this service department. It has become apparent to me that MBSS wants to cater to the older crowd who doesn't care how long it takes to get service done. I, on the other hand, expect effiicient service, and more importantly honest communication. I previously had an experience where I was waiting for a vehicle to be worked on, and the rep told me it was in the shop. Apparently, they are not aware of the technology they sell in the front of house, because I can tell where the vehicle was (out back, locked up) via the ME app. This was last year, and ended with a conversation with Jim Elefantis basically sticking up for the dealership, and the service manager telling me I didn't understand how accurate GPS was NOT! ( I work in the industry.) Fast forward to now, and I gave it another shot. After having my GLS A service completed in December with no issues, I sent me GLE down for B service and a check engine light. At the end of the first day, I pinged Kristina to check on the car, and she said it wasn't ready and they'd need it another day. I re-arranged my schedule to accomdate. But at 2:30 on the second day, I got alerts that my vehicle was locked and moved out back (yes, the inaccurate GPS again.) At 4, I started to try to determine if my car was coming home that night. After 5, after contacting the service manager (who never called back), Kristina called and told me the car was still being worked on, waiting on the new module they replaced to sync up. At this point, I called BS and asked her if my vehicle was outside. She was stunned. After asking for time to do some research, she called me back. The vehicle was indeed done. But the mechanic gave her bad info. The service manager refused to contact the employee at home to confirm it's status. They couldn't even find someone to bring my car home that night. So, I am waiting this morning for my "first thing" delivery. I am rating Kristina high, because once she discovered she was lied to, she did her best to accomodate me, and was very apologetic. However, I can't say the same about the service department. We have bought or leased 5 vehicles in the last 7 years from Marcelo Via, who is a shining star out front. Unfortunately, his and her attitudes are not the norm at MBSS More

It’s one thing to drive a Mercedes but it’s yet another thing to ensure it’s long-term safety and performance. We showed up unexpected behind a tow truck with our Winnebago RV that had a problem that was previously repaired by another Mercedes dealer, but broke down again. Darrell and Tom were determined that Winnebago RV that had a problem that was previously repaired by another Mercedes dealer, but broke down again. Darrell and Tom were determined that the problem would be solved this time, and worked until it truly was repaired. It was a very complicated symptom and did take a long time to solve, but they kept at it and were very patient with me whenever I called to inquire of status. We live in Florida so they knew we were not likely to purchase another vehicle from them but we were treated like we had just bought their most expensive model. It seems to me that if you can't get along with their staff that the problem might be you. More

The car service at this location is HORRIBLE! The advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together. I had loose parts sitting on top of my en advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together. I had loose parts sitting on top of my engine. I had to go to another Mercedes Benz location to have my car reassembled. More
