He walked me up to my car and gave me a handshake on the way out. One thing I have to say.. The guys at the parts department never smile come on guys you’re not at a funeral!! I spent $750.00 on a SD card for my navigation. Same day when I went to pick up my car I asked at the parts department for the price of a rubber seal in the trunk. The parts personnel looked like he is at a funeral I could not even get a smile from him at the desk, when I asked how has your day been. He did not want to be bothered and did not even answer. But he did confirm a price. Steve had me smiling on the way out. Saved the day!! Next time I will buy parts and accessories online I am never going to interact with the guys at parts. It’s clear they don’t like me… My 5 star rating is for Steve. My rating for the parts department is negative 5! They are terrible at both occasions. Thanks. Amit More
