Sadly nowadays "Customer Service" is a thing of the past. NOT so with this first class dealership. My first interaction with them was a phone conversation with Thomas Ryder in the Sprinter division of the dealership. Tom was warm and welcoming answered my questions and left me feeling like my business mattered. A trip to the dealership confirmed my original thoughts.
