Yussef is the reason I purchased another BMW. He’s easy to work with, listens, rarely tired of my questions and routinely took the time to say hi when I came in for service appointments for my last car. I also appreciated that Tom would step out of his office to see how things were going (and not just to close a deal). Anthony also spent the time to provide his thoughts during a visit prior to picking up the car. All of this really does make a difference. More
