Most importantly, they made me comfortable that they were helping me find the vehicle I wanted, not just trying to sell me something they wanted to sell. If only all dealerships were like this, buying a car could be stress free. I walked in unannounced and Ray was fantastic and helped me test drive several cars. His personality and professionalism made me very comfortable with the dealership immediately. Ebony and Tom followed up with me in a timely manner to make sure I was satisfied and to offer continued support in my search. Tyler was so knowledgeable in answering all my questions on any and all topics and helping me locate the perfect vehicle. Anderson was the cherry on top, I have had poor experiences with the financial professionals at other dealers who always seem to try and pressure you into additional purchases late in the process. Anderson answered all my questions and got me exactly what I needed and only what I needed, and the paperwork start to finish was unbelievably quick and easy. I wish I could buy another car today! If you are lucky enough to work with any of these professionals I am confident you will have a good experience, and I expect the rest of the team at BMW Darien performs at this same exceptional level.
