I did not make it the easiest transaction for them as I had found the exact car I wanted which was in Fremont California. Tom and Brian arranged for the car to be shipped back to your dealership and all went really smoothly from my viewpoint and considering all the work they did behind the scenes to make it happen. I am not a huge fan when buying cars and the process needed to make it happen. But what I experienced was the best and easiest transaction I have ever done. I realize you must receive emails and phone calls from people who complain or expectations that were not met. Personally, I think it’s just as important to let you know when things actually go right. Brian Sarecky is one of the best salesmen I've ever met. He is so genuine and down to earth — which is something we all can appreciate during the car buying process.
