I had a great experience with my Salesman Atanas Ivanov, it was a very fun process. I wanted a car that was very limited in inventory, 1 car left in the WHOLE COUNTRY. I did not think I would get it, but he it was a very fun process. I wanted a car that was very limited in inventory, 1 car left in the WHOLE COUNTRY. I did not think I would get it, but he promised me he would do whatever it takes to get it. We started the business deal on a Saturday and we got the agreement going the following Monday. He helped a lot, he kept me updated and did everything right! He went above and beyond, he didn't try to sell me other cars, he focused on getting me the car and color I wanted even though it was hard. He was able to get the car from Ohio. This dealership was very accommodating, they had snacks water and great customer service. He was always communicating with me about the updates of the transportation, once the car came he had me drive around the area to get a feel for the car. He was a very helpful and entertaining salesman! Any questions I had was answered and any help I needed was assisted. He kept all his promises to me and it was amazing! I am very happy with the car he sold me and I recommend his service to anyone that is looking for a car. This dealership as a whole was a great experience, no headaches, no extra cost, just good service and great people! More

MJ made me feel comfortable and confident that the cars I needed to test drive were disinfected and safe. I had very specific "must haves" on my wish list and due to the european factories shutting down during COVID, inventory in my area was more limited than usual. But MJ never gave up and assured me she would find the car I wanted. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Dan and the team at Silver Spring Audi were great. Dan worked with me through the entire process, and especially during times like these where syncing schedules isn't easy he worked with me to get the best deal possible when I was in and out of the dealership. Dan and the team were knowledge and also listened to what specific needs I wanted in a vehicle. Everyone was honest and didn't push any expensive products I wouldn't be interested in, I can't say that happens at a lot of dealerships but this was refreshing. I would recommend Dan and the Audi Silver Spring team to anyone, and have even discussed with friends who have purchased Audi's at other regional locations to come here. More

After making that major decision, the next step was to determine the Audi Dealership to purchase the vehicle. Whether luck or excellent research, we ended up at the Silver Spring Md dealership to purchase the car. We initially spoke with Rich Bickers about what we were looking for, timeframe, and other details. From the initial conversation to the point of driving the car home, the experience was exceptional. Rich worked with Tom Schweiss to ensure all necessary actions were taken to ensure a smooth process once we arrived. This all happened during the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic also which added additional stress to the purchase. However, Rich took care of all the actions needed, when we arrived it only took a small amount of time to finalize the purchase and drive the car home. Given the treatment provided to my daughter for her first car purchase from the Silver Spring Dealer, Rich, Tom, and Aris, I will always communicate how great the experience was during the purchase process to anyone looking for an Audi. I have even considered purchasing an Audi as my next vehicle due to the exceptional service provided.
