ALL of the people that we encountered at Ferguson Buick GMC in Norman, OK, especially Tommy Duvall and Heath Mead were OUTSTANDING!! Zero pressure and stress free experience. No bait and switch tactics. No unwanted addons or fake fees. Hard to find these days at a car dealership. The only negative comment would be that the document fees were a bit excessive. And lastly there is a disreputable Buick GMC dealership in Midwest city, OK, who does promote bait and switch tactics, false advertising and illegal forced unwanted addon charges. They should be counseled on their illegal practices. Before SOMEONE files FTC charges. More

The buying process was super easy and quick but 15 miles after I left the dealership, check engine light came on. I had them checked and it’s stuff to do with the emissions system which there’s no way the d after I left the dealership, check engine light came on. I had them checked and it’s stuff to do with the emissions system which there’s no way the dealership didn’t know about and now I’m gonna be about another few thousand dollars. They just cleared the codes and sold it. I bought it as is so I’m stuck with the repair cost I just wish I would have test drove it long enough for the check engine lights to come on. More
