I received an oil change covered by warranty. I spoke with services & parts to clarify parts from other facilities were necessary based on previous experience at Napleton Ford. Upon arrival neith I spoke with services & parts to clarify parts from other facilities were necessary based on previous experience at Napleton Ford. Upon arrival neither sales nor parts had any idea of what I was speaking of, needless to say I left with a half completed oil change. Hope this never happens again, being th second time I am not confident in that being the case, but there’s hope. More
