It's definitely not a big city dealership. Things take a little longer to get done because they're so small. They don't have the staff nor the parts avaliable. Taking so long is justifiable. Lastly, I refuse to take my 2013 GL63 AMG, and my 2002 E320 to anyone but Mercedes. both cars are in amazing condition. I'll pay the $190.00 shop fees. I'll pay more for Mercedes parts. They guarantee their work. Small shops say they do, but most don't. I LOVE higher standards with everything. Proud people in whatever they do. It costs more...period. I will give them a 5 star when the day comes when my car is finished on time or under. More
