I knew what vehcile I wanted and how much I was willing to pay so I laid it out for Mark who worked very effectively with Tony Femiano, sales manager. Together they helped me maximise manufacturer incentives and rebates to get my final price in the range I needed. Mark and Tony were very professional and commited to giving me the best possible price within their margins so I could reach my bottom line. They even expedited receiving my new vehicle from another location in the phoenix valley so I could take same day delivery. I was very impressed with the way I was treated as I went home with a great car, terrific price and no hassles or stress. First and foremost is honesty, the foundation for trust. Sean answered all questions directly, he never tried to withhold information or schmooze you into believing data that would end up as a surprise on closing the deal. No salesman can be expected to know everything. But when Sean did not know an answer, he readily admitted it and offered the effort to find out. Sean is responsive; he quickly gets back with you to ensure you are satisfied of your understanding of the transaction. Sean is thorough; he walks through all the features of the purchased vehicle to ensure a pleasant ride home. You are never given the “bum’s rush” after your purchase.
